Designing Long-Term Impact through Theory of Change

Theory of Change (ToC) provides a structured framework for mapping out how change occurs within an institution, identifying key drivers of transformation and setting realistic benchmarks for progress.

My approach uses ToC principles to help institutions define clear equity goals, develop logical pathways for achieving them, and establish accountability mechanisms to ensure sustainable outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Involve students, faculty, and community members in shaping equity-centered institutional priorities.

  • Backward Mapping: Identify long-term desired outcomes and work backwards to determine necessary interventions.

  • Measurable Indicators: Develop data-driven success metrics that track equity gains and systemic shifts over time.

  • Implementation Frameworks: Create actionable steps and resource allocation plans to operationalize equity commitments.
